APPROACH TO CARE
Clinical Philosophy
Alina believes that effective psychiatric care extends beyond symptom management. She takes an integrative, patient-centered approach that recognizes the many biological, psychological, and social factors that influence mental health.
She collaborates closely with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals, values, and overall well-being — and works alongside therapists, primary care providers, dietitians, and other members of a patient’s care team, recognizing that interdisciplinary collaboration leads to more comprehensive and effective treatment.
Alina is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment built on trust, open communication, and mutual respect. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful, lasting change.
